Order Processing

• All customized products are made after your order is confirmed.

• Processing time is usually 2–4 working days, depending on the product and customization.

Shipping Time

• Orders are generally delivered within 5–8 working days across India.

• Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier partner, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive the tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email (where available), so you can track your shipment.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct while placing your order.

Crazy Dealzx will not be responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery / RTO

If a delivery attempt fails because the customer is unavailable, refuses the order, or provides an incorrect address, the shipment may be returned to us (RTO).

If you wish to receive the order again, additional re-shipping charges may apply.
