1. Customized Products
All our products are customized and made according to the details provided by the customer (such as name, photo, text, or engraving). Please make sure all customization details are correct before placing your order.
2. Order Confirmation
Customized products are manufactured only after your order is confirmed. Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
3. Delivery
Orders are generally delivered within 5–8 working days. Delivery times may vary due to courier services, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Return, Refund & Exchange
As we sell customized products, returns and refunds are not accepted.
We offer a 7-day exchange only if:
- The product is damaged during delivery.
- There is a customization mistake made by our team (wrong name, photo, engraving, etc.).
- You receive the wrong product.
To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID and clear photos/videos of the issue.
5. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate:
- Name
- Address
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- Customization Details
Crazy Dealzx will not be responsible for errors caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer.
6. Product Images
Product images on our website are for reference only. Slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and the handmade/customized nature of the products.
7. Pricing & Offers
Crazy Dealzx reserves the right to change product prices, discounts, offers, or promotions at any time without prior notice.
8. Intellectual Property
All images, product designs, logos, website content, and branding displayed on Crazy Dealzx are the property of Crazy Dealzx and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
